Sleep Deprivation...Gotta Stay Awake
 

Having a sleep deprived EEG in the morning, so I only allowed to sleep 4 hours tonight, have just an hour to go before I can let myself go to sleep, and it's harder than I thought!

When I was drinking I constantly struggled with insomnia, and it was the norm to be wide awake at this time, glass of wine on the nightstand, hoping it would help me sleep.

Ever since the night I quit over a year ago..,I sleep pretty well each night, so this is hard. Guess I will hang out here, so hope you all can help keep me awake:-). Already made dough for donuts I will make in the morning, did some online shopping, and hot caught up on some recorded tv shows, so now it's up to SR to keep me busy...
