103 days sober now

dear friends i am 103 days sober now i did not attend daily meetings i attend only once a week i still suffer for dry drunk syndrome would 3 or 4 meetings a week will cure my dry drunk syndrome

Congrats on 103 days Sameer. Dry drunk is really kind of an ambiguous term, care to explain a little more what you mean by that?

there is no craving but i still get thought of having a drink though right know it is manageable but i want to take perfect precautions for future soe that i dont slip or relapse

I had thoughts for a long time - I think a lot of people do.
Thoughts are involuntary - I think the quality of our recovery lies in how we respond to the thoughts.

That said, if these thoughts are troubling you and you feel you need more effort into your recovery then by all mean go for it.

Proud of you sameer. 103 days is wonderful.

I had those thoughts too - and for me they disappeared almost all together at around 6 months. I agree that if you feel more meetings would help, why not try it & see?
