Insomnia!
Good Morning!
Only on day four here.
Insomnia on second night, getting better, slowly but surely.
Got up early to enjoy Sunday morn sober, noticing little things like
the birds chirping at first light.
Bottom line is, I am an early riser anyway, but revel in the thought
of waking up with no hangover, ready to roll, and get things accomplished,
rather than drifting into Monday morning wrecked.
Be well, everyone.

HI Austen I usually wake up anywhere between 2:30 - 4:00 a.m. and have gotten used to it. I actually like it. It is a peaceful time of day and I get a lot of stuff done. This new early routine has also made me aware of Coast to Coast and some nights/mornings it has been very entertaining.
