Have a couple questions...
Okay I have a question..A year ago I walked off sub's cold turkey....and went thru hell. .I didn't sleep normally for over 3 months...and I messed up on them again.ive been taken a half twice a day for a month...am I going to go through what I went thru last time or is it difficult cuz it was Only a month ?

Our rules preclude a lot of medical advice, but even so I really have no idea, never having taken subs and not being a Dr.
What made you start up again? do you want to stop for good?

It might be wise to assume the worst, and expect a long, rough time of it similar to the first round. If not, you'll be pleasantly(?) surprised.
It can certainly be the last time if you want it to be.
