My head is clear now.

This morning I was thinking what I am going to do the weekend
I want to take something ...
But I Know I can not and will NOT or It will get out of control again.
I got THIS **** WEAKNESS but NO ONE THING I repeat!!!

MY STRATEGY:
A list of things to do each week!
so I am busy 24X7
If I stay still my head starts over thinking !!!

Tonight I was home alone so I when to my 3rd meeting in NA.
I did not want to share...
I got a phone number If I need to talk...

On Thursday the drug centre:
I like it cos they are very straight to me
no beating around the bush!!!
And I got a doctor that tells me what I can take OR NOTTTTTT!

My art teacher found out... she caught me last week...
We had lunch... she wanted to know what was going on.
She offered me the keys of the workshop to go any time to paint.
Did not want her to find out... but too late!

My free week is finishing and I start clean on Monday!
I was going to work late and drugged...
when I am drinking or do pot I have hang over and moody the next day!
but with the Benzo It just lasted hours and people could notice.

I am very fortunate to have found SR,
got lots of support from the members and help me to stop again...
