Night Four

So it's night four sober. I don't really feel as depressed. That's partially because I got back to work today after missing some days last week.

I am not letting myself forget how down and out and depressed I was only four short days ago. I truly think that was my bottom. I know I felt miserable.

I'm still very dehydrated. I have drank over a gallon a day since quitting and still feel thirsty. But I've been sweating a lot. The sweats you get when you quit drinking are still there. I expect they will be for a few more days, but that's relatively minor compared to alcohol withdrawal.

Doing good otherwise!

Hey justin. Good to hear you're back on track. Just be careful with too much water with nothing else.try a sports drink if you have it.
Welcome back in th game.

Good goin', Justin! I remember those first few days sober. I couldn't get enough water, which resulted in many trips to the bathroom. Sweats were very sporadic for me. Sometimes I got them, and other times...not at all. This current quit, for instance, I didn't have them. Just felt like my heart was going to explode.
