@All - I just thought I would check in and say Hi to everyone. I have been absent for a while.
On the 26th of April it was 11 months since my "rock bottom" experience. One that kept me in ICU for over 2 days. I have met many challenges since that day.
Apart from sobriety - my recovery has also enabled me to gain promotion in my work and commence a Bachelor of Ed.
My life is great and I seem to have rediscovered my old self.
I recently opened up to my first daughter and that made me feel very satisfied. I have everyone's full support and I can easily talk about my addiction. AV no longer can be heard as it is shut out by positive thoughts.
I recently found a hidden bottle of vodka from 11 months ago. I hid it that well that even I at the time couldn't find it.
I am still perusing the Alcohol awareness and education program for the high school students and have made some progress with various formal correspondence from the government.
