I need help.
Aistar I really enjoy my bedtime herbal tea with valerian root (or OTC valerian) - it's calming. I also took a melatonin to help me sleep earlier on. With lots of bubble baths with calming lavender salts and meditative music.
Thanks guys..I just ate..you're right..food really helps. I'm feeling a bit better. Looking forward to day 3.
Amazingglazier you're right about being no help with this to my BF..I need to take care of myself. .this is so sad..hospital makes me anxious. .but drinking will just make it worst.
