Aistar I really enjoy my bedtime herbal tea with valerian root (or OTC valerian) - it's calming. I also took a melatonin to help me sleep earlier on. With lots of bubble baths with calming lavender salts and meditative music.

Amazingglazier you're right about being no help with this to my BF..I need to take care of myself. .this is so sad..hospital makes me anxious. .but drinking will just make it worst.
Yes it will Aistar, over the last 34 years my SO has had numerous heart attacks and heart problems , my solution before was to go out and get loaded, it only made it much worse! Now that I don't drink ,I know I can be there for her without her laying in the hospital, worrying whether I am going to get drunk !Stay Strong and Well !Bobby
