82 days sober and feel like Im missing something...

So far going to AA once a week. I have no desire to drink and am content with my life, I just feel like I am missing out on life somehow. I do the same thing every day. Work, home, eat, sleep...repeat. Ended a relationship a few months ago and miss being in one. I felt more alive and real when I had a mate. Now...I feel invisible and boring. I know this sounds like pity party but I wanted to share my feelings instead of keeping it in. I have a really great life, great health, family, o.k. financially...etc. AND I am very very grateful to have 82 days sober. But, what's next?

Congrats on 82 days. Just give it time and you will meet the right person. I believe it.

In the mean time you can always hang out here.:ring

Try some different recovery groups maybe? Since you only have one AA meeting a week, and you're single, you probably can add in other stuff (Lifering, SMART, RR, SOS, etc.) - I mean, why not, right?

Of course, if you only like AA, maybe you have time for an additional 12-step meeting or two in your week, maybe do some service work, etc.?

How about other volunteering? Learning a new skill or hobby? Redoubling on your exercise program? Taking some classes?

Anyways, 82 days is super-early recovery. You need to focus on getting more time under your belt, building up your sobriety-muscles, and being patient. Life will change for you (it already is, you're just so early at this you haven't noticed it yet).
