28 days... Celebrating by watching 28 days!

This is my first post, I've been sober now for 28 days, I've been lucky enough to only have 2 really intense cravings so far. My first was after seeing a friend who kind of played the whole alcoholism thing down (she also has an alcohol problem) and I almost caved- but I didn't! That was the first time ever I've resisted! The other one was today- had a rough couple of days. i came home and watched 28 days and I feel so proud of myself that I did. I'm grateful I'm not getting them constantly, but they're so strong when they come! I hope this fades in time...

I've also been shattered for the whole time, I can't wait to get my energy back and start some exercise again!

I hope everyone is well and looking forward to a fun and sober weekend

Wow thanks so much

it's so nice to be able to talk to people going through the same. I'm a really private person so haven't been open with anyone about this until now... It's really refreshing!
