I'm finally starting to feel better, the WD lasted a lot longer then I thought and I still have some lingering ones and my energy not yet, but I feel good mentally because I'm proud that I have been able to keep strong and changing my habits because I know if I don't were it will put me. It has been very hard keeping my distance from people that trigger me which has been family members but I know it's not forever just until I get my self in order. So for all you other people suffering just take it minute by minute if that works and learning some breathing techniques has also been helpful. Good luck to all!

Awesome! It's been 23 days off of them for me, and I feel pretty normal now. My energy came back, my appetite came back, I can sleep again, and I'll answer the phone even if it's my mother calling.
You're both going to keep feeling better and better. It's so good to get free of them. Congratulations!

Yes that is good to hear about the energy bc I feel pretty worthless to my kids right now, only being able to do what really needed but not keep up playing with them or with the house, but I really hope I can become the mom I want to be because they deserve it.
