Day 10 and....
....out of town alone. Walked around last night to get dinner downtown, and there were bars and clubs everywhere. I happen to be right smack dab in the middle of music row. Got an early dinner. Came back and looked up some local meetings. Plan to grab one after work today. First things first.
But, that temptation was there. Perfect spring day. Sunny. Play the tape forward. Play the tape forward, I keep telling myself.
Just needed to get that out. If anyone has any tips while traveling alone, I'm all ears.

If the minibar is stocked tell them to empty it, or replace the alcohol.
dunno where you stand on AA but being with sober folks might be better than nothing - most cities and towns have some kind of AA presence.
