sir that will have to be a descision for another day
right now i am in a major mess
if i quit drinking right now i will be in convulsions
i have no idea what to do
go to the hospital i guess
i drink 15 beers just to get sober
if that makes any sense

I really hope you decide to go to the hospital and detox. That kind of drinking can kill you today, never mind your liver.

there comes a time when you have to decide whether you want to go out this way or fight back.
I don't believe you want to go out this way...not really.
Fight back - get yourself some medical help today and listen to what they suggest as follow ups.

Its been a while since we last heard from you. I guess you never made it to rehab after all ? In any case, I can only echo what has been written before:
Get yourself to a hospital ASAP ! Continuing to drink isnt going to make the problem go away.
