Hi. After not drinking lastnight, I am now on day 2 and had every intention of staying on the couch all day binging on netflix.

Unfortunately I just found out I HAVE to go to a family BBQ at 3 today and I can't really get out if it. Apparently we are meeting my sisters in-laws who are here from the UK. I just found out this morning. I'm quite annoyed about it actually.

I'm not worried I will drink because my family are not big drinkers, it's more about my anxiety and how I'm not feeling all that great. Hoping to just get thru it. Here's to day 2!
