Yeah, I think give yourself a couple weeks to be lazy (as much as possible without causing big problems for yourself.) At least that's what I'm doing. Then after that you'll hopefully have your focus back & can make up for lost time. I feel your pain tho--sobriety was supposed to make us feel MORE clearheaded, wasn't it??

I'm a bit sad too ST, today a 19yo kid I met in jail came to my shop and hung out, he was being his usal smarta** as he was in jail , and I liked him but I am not a fan of people BSing me! His dad told stories of the kid getting and being a violent, abusing drunk and smoking his weed. He told me in jail he had a job and was going to Nassau College, all lies and he stood in my shop telling me and my SO how even though he has already gotten his 1st DWI at 16, violated probation and gone to jail for pot, he has no HS Diploma/ged and he can do what he wants and his wimp dad sat there eating this up saying he has taken swings at him and his mom and curses them regularly! I told him he'd be sleeping in the park if he was my kid till he got some respect under my roof. Now after getting a DWI and wrecking a few other peoples cars he expects his dad to get him wheels and put him under his insurance. Crazy! I had wanted to try and teach him a trade and give him a job, but he feels entitled so he'd never make it ! I wish it was different but he'd "swing on me once and i'd be back in jail, got to cut him loose! Sorry for the rant but it was bugging me all day! Stay Strong and Well ! Bobby

I actually have some awesome "Pee Wee" Herman action figures that are doing decent right now, but the sentimental value is steep also, tough decision. Each figure is averaging 20$ a pop tho and I have almost 10

If he couldn't be a lil bit humble in front of his dad, I know he would think he could play me, he even tried it with me in jail when we were assign work , he'd go through the motions but try to get others to do his work.

I tried to explain the problem he created with the DWI for his family, as long as he is under their roof, if he gets his license their insurance will rise 2-5 thousand a year and he feels they should just eat that because they are his parents! He truly doesn
