Hello,
I used to post here a few months back and I've been away for a bit. I haven't drank at all and now have stopped for 18 months, I'm quite hopefull because I think this year has been the most stressfull ever so it's all up hill from here right?
Anyway, I hope you're all well
Did the board change, I had to re-register, it doesn't matter I just wondered

Hi Dinosaur, Good to meet you. Glad you're doing well. Isn't the world a better place sober? I love it - I really do hope I never forget what things used to be like for me. The only way is up - and you're only beaten when you're Tim Henman.

How are you?
How's NYC?
I stopped the olympic lifting and have beeen doing bodybuilding instead. It helps me relax and sleep well
Nearly 6 years now, still trundling along :-)

That must be 10 years since I quit then. It's been ok, I dont think i'll start again. I'm glad I stopped. If you're reading this and have just stopped, it'll be fine, just don't drink and let whatever happens happen.

I spoke too soon. After 10 years of not drinking I started again and drank for another three years. Three relationships and about 6 jobs later I've stopped again now - 6 months today.
