Guess who threw out my Tylenol 3.
I did! That's who! I knew I would be tempted to give myself permission to substitute the codeine for a drink as my reward. As if another substance should ever be a reward. Now the strongest stuff in the house is benadryl. It was ridiculously hard. Anyone else go through that?

Good for you!! I didn't throw out my own medicines, but I did throw out my stepmom's when she got locked up for a night and my niece showed me her stash. It was pills I used to abuse, so away they went.

Now if I could just throw away the jelly beans. Sigh. I don't want to start getting to hard on myself. A night of jelly beans is a whole world better than what I have been doing, but the perfectionist, non-self-accepting me thinks I should be perfect. I am mad at myself for eating unhealthy food and not control it - it is this kind of thinking that sometimes puts me in a bad spot, and I want to be in a good spot.
