Help me, I am all alone and about to lose everything.
Welcome Sir
Post reminds me a lot of me before sobriety. It felt as if was in a dark hole & there was no light up there regardless of the time of day. Was suicidal, full of self pity not to mention severe depression! Thank goodness was introduced into the rooms of AA & got my life and sanity restored. It's not too late my friend; there's lots of people here that can identify w/ this post. Let us know of progress

Like bostonluv said get a detailed plan together, talk with your wife so she knows then put the plan in action. Hopefully your wife will stay there and support you if you are putting the work into it. Don't wait, you don't know the pain you feel when your wife and children give up on you, trust me I do.
You can do it
You can do it
Nashwan....I am in the same boat you are! I've been denying it for so long but I'm about to lose everything too. Hang in there....maybe we can get through this together. This seems like an incredibly supportive group.
