Fresh Outta Treatment
Well,
I did 90 days at a treatment center, just got out yesterday. The feelings I had a few hours after I got out were crazy!!! Ive been in and out of jails my whole life, but after I got out of treatment, I was happy, sad, nervous, excited, all of the above. I had never felt that way before in my life. Its so awesome to be able to feel again. I woke this morning with a clear conscience, ate some breakfast, and hit a meeting. Its great to have the friendship and comraderie that the people at those meetings give. I just want to say thank you to N.A. and A.A. for saving my life!!!

I'm glad your in a positive mode and hope suggestions don't feel like orders.
My most important literature close to me was a meeting list which I used every day. In looking back the words "KEEP COMING" made it work for me.
