somewhere between my visit and CO and today I got lost. i have no real excuses, it just happened. I fell off and it sucks

I lost myself too, a few times, and it stopped making me feel good years before I stop.

I needed a new road for a new me..
The first step to rediscovery is to stop drinking.

How are you doing with that?

i started drinking again and it has none of the good parts, just the bad. which is why i stopped last time. this time maybe i'll learn. in the meantime ... all the support and stories help.

That's inevitable I think. This topic came up at the last AA meeting I was at. It's a very common complaint.
