Hello From Sunny Spain - A Virgin Poster!
Well, I have a huge feeling of disappointment and guilt following a phone call from my mother. I've done it again and left her an incoherent ramble on her answering machine. I found myself making up some silly excuse but this time she was super angry and asked me to get help so I'm here and ready to begin.
I've been doing some deep and honest searching having for some time believed my own excuses over the years. I'm a drinker who starts and can't stop and who is always the last one standing at the bar. I've used the excuse that I don't drink everyday to deny I need help but its time to face up to the challenge ahead. Life is spiraling out of control and things are getting worse.
I've decided that yesterday was the last time I will have suffer this self inflicted depression which floors me. The demon drink usually rears itself when I feel slightly better and the merry go round begins yet again. This time I'm hoping by joining you guys the reality of my old ways will stay with me and I can ignore the temptation.
I look forward to sharing with your over the coming days.
