Feels good each time I break through a craving
Feels better each time actually. Just had a big craving and had to be quick to manage the 'justification game'.
A wise person here once said that without change there's much of the same, and that was my final thought at the end of riding the urge.

Good job! I'm so glad you can see the strength you exhibited when you said "no". It makes me feel better after the craving has waned and I can look back and go "good job" It always feels good when you are more in control of yourself
Keep up the good work.
