How do I access the newcomers to recovery or the friends and families chat room. Every time I enter chat it takes me straight to recovery connections??

usually no one is in those rooms. people in recovery connections are often willing to chat with anyone.....

on the yellow screen, click on the specific chat room you want and click the door icon, but until more people come in, it may be real quiet.

Recovery connections is the default entry room. It's set up that way so newcomers are likely to meet people to talk with.

Simply move to the room you want from recovery connections
