new to sr

I'm new to this site and wanted to say hello. I'm just about done with my 7th alcohol free day. This site gives me a lot of hope

Alcoholism has been my living hell for a while now. I know I have a long journey ahead but taking those first steps away from it feels amazing. Soooo unbelievably hard but after only 7 days I'm feeling much better. Thanks so much for welcoming me. Hope everyone is doing well!
