Hi there. One thing that helped me in days 1-6 was juicing. Hear me out!
I made fresh fruit and veg juice and poured it into a fancy glass. I tried to visualize all the nutrients in the liquid healing me. I'm not saying it actually did. I used it as a coping ritual. Kind of a way to be mindful of what I was putting in my body.
The process of doing it was calming. It gave me a "special drink" and it felt a little fancy.
Just something that worked for me!
