5 months

5 months today and one thing I love about not drinking is if I wake up and don't feel too great or anxious or stressed out, the one thing I know is it wasn't self induced from drinking too much. I was really tired of hurting myself, plus it's really amazing how much extra money my wife and I have now [ she quit too]. So to anyone trying to quit, stick it out, it's worth it.

First of all CONGRATULATIONS on 5 months!!!This resonates with me today Zeppo . Today is 60 days for me and I woke up not feeling great, just one of those mornings I guess. But it's nice to know it wasn't because I drank and with no hangover I feel like I'll be able to turn the day around after some coffee and a walk.

Well done zeppodog, 5 months is awesome my friend, I'm just a bit behind you at over 4 months but I'm loving being sober, although I felt less tired when drinking but I guess that's just the nature of alcohol eh?

Well done again

Super Awesome. I was just thinking how great it always is in the morning to have not drank the night before. The night time is always the challenge. I never miss drinking in the morning. Or, in the morning, I never miss drinking. Great job.

We're very proud of you zep. :) It'll keep on getting better.
