Hi, Garad. I am sorry that you are struggling. Three months shows a huge amount of strength; seems you just need a boost; are working any kind of a program?

My docter says to try AA, but most of them are churches and I'm not religous...I'm just so tired of this but don,t know how to handle it

Even though they are held at churches, they are still suppose to be neutral and not religious. The AA program does refer to "higher power", but that can be whatever you consider a higher power to be. Don't let where the meeting is held keep you from giving it a try. I've been to ones at churches and ones that weren't. They were all very similar.
