I'm back
 

After several more attempts at quitting drinking, I am back for support. I've been too ashamed to post. It is nice to read other people's experiences and the support everyone gives each other here on SR.

Today is day 2. I drank a LOT between Friday afternoon and late Saturday night. Losing entire days is really sad. I dumped whatever was left yesterday so I have a booze-free house. Today I will go to work and after work make a healthy meal and drink herbal tea. Tomorrow is a meeting of people at church working to launch a Celebrate Recovery group.

I'll keep checking in here each day. For now, that's all, just wanted to say "hi."
