On running and biking and swimming and the gym and martial arts
On the giggling of my daughters
On outdoor activities and nature
On the sunrise, the sunset, the stars
On time spent simply with family
On walks and talks with my Love
On creating, on singing on dancing
On building and living a Life of passion
On being a light of goodness and hope
On leaving the world a little better than I found it
On reading and writing and taking pictures
On the views from the highest places
On moments of solitude spent with Spirit
On the sound of my canoe sliding through gunmetal waters at dusk
On waveriding, sailing, lying on the beach looking up
On being a true friend, smiling at strangers and spreading Love
On Holding Hands and Making Love and Being There completely....

I wanna be a junkie, hopelessly hooked.

If we all made these sorts of things the same priority we made our relationship with alcohol and other things.... just imagine the lives of wonder!!
