I can brew 10 gallon batches. That a lot of ginger ale! But not a bad idea. I'm also doing small batches of kombucha. Pretty good.

Welcome, you are making the right choice. I have a similar story, and wish I could redo the last 15 years or so. I reached a point where, rather than quitting, I implemented a complex program of controlled drinking that eventually left me spiritually bankrupt and alcohol dependent. Take this opportunity to quit now while you are ahead! good luck, and pot back and let us know how you are doing.

It came to a point that the traditional hangover wasn't the traditional hangover for me. Some often should have required hospitalization. How many times have I promised to God that if you get me through this today I swear I'll stop. I'm a slow learner so it took a while to set in but now I feel I'm in a better place. You can quit too Carbonite. Set yourself free! We owe it to ourselves to find serenity.
