Sisters visit going great!

I was worried about my sister and new bf visiting and everyone drinking. So far, so good! They're all drinking beer and I'm fine with my diet coke. No one has even mentioned it.

Nice job! I have found that people don't seem to care whether I am drinking a beer or a soda at some social event. My pressure to drink comes almost entirely from...me.

Thanks guys. It got really tough when my other sister showed up with 12 more beers and a bottle of rye. Everyone took a shot and drank more beer and it was literally painful to walk away with my diet coke in hand, but I did. I gained so much confidence tonight. I KNOW I can do this now!
