Smile So much to Learn and Read

As a newbe to sobriety all I have done is read, read and find out more to read about alcoholism. Didn't realise there is so much and there which is really helping on the road to recovery.

Hi. I too can overwhelm myself in trying to learn different things. Alcoholism is simple to control, though not always easy. Basically we don't pick up the first drink. Now there is a boatload of things to learn on how to do that. For me it started studying the "Big Book" Alcoholic Anonymous. Each time many who read it discover new gems missed the previous readings.

BE WELL

Sobriety has a lot to teach you about your humanity. Many of the lessons are a surprise.
Quitting drinking is where it all starts, but that's just the first step into a brand new future that awaits you. Your commitment and clarity of mind will give you the power to chart your own course through an unknown future and to grow and mature into your full potential instead of being passively carried along to the end result of addiction.
