Day 3
Day 3 and feel tired, not sleeping to well. I also seem to have a craving for salad, raw carrots and fruit. Not really sure why, but I am going to do a food shop after school drop off and get healthy supplies.
Normally doing a food shop consisted of no food for me really... Just drinks and lots of food for my son.
Will feel strange just buying food.
Today will be a good day x

Hi Pink, I had that too, I think its the body craving rehydration, all those foods have high water content 
Just think how nice it will be to feel 'normal', just buying food and not yukky drink...get stuck into some good food later and put your feet up content you have another day sober under your belt x

Thank you everyone, I spent £50 on fresh fruit, vegetables and salad, some fresh chicken and fish. It was a great experience to walk round the supermarket not with complete fear that I was to bump into someone I know and be ashamed of what was in my trolley. X
