Sober day 8!
 

Hi folks, I have now reached another milestone and during this time i spent a straight 48hrs without sleep but this is getting better. I still have the negative feelings that got me drinking but they are not so bad and I know i need to address that issue. When i eat i feel so drained of energy it seems to make my bad feelings worse. Its weird i know. If anyone has experienced the same I would love to hear your thoughts so I can get some insight how to deal with this. Good luck to you all!

You're still early in your sobriety.
It's going to take a while before your body and mind start to feel normal again.
