Sober weekend!

Had my first alcohol free weekend in months & it was rough but so worth it! I think I went through every emotion possible! 9 days sober now & 5 days no electronic cig! Nicotine withdrawal is a nightmare but getting better everyday! Running everyday seems to help & I'm just so grateful for my amazing God for loving me through my craziness! I pray everyone out there has a blessed day!

Doesn't it feel great. when I finally decided to get sober, I couldn't believe how much better I felt (after all of the withdrawals) and the clarity that I had. Hang in there. you are off to a great start. Congrats!!
