I hurt

I've had a headache for a week. Also my abdomen hurts. I have to try harder.
I am going to die if I don't. Thanks to all of you out there who help all of us in here.
My plan for the day is, TAKE MY HEADACHE TO THE YMCA AND WORK IT OFF
GO GROCERY SHOPPING
COOK A HEALTHY NICE DINNER FOR TONIGHT.
DRINK LOTS OF WATER AND TEA
TODAY is where I am right now. I'll worry about tomorrow, tomorrow
