....where I can read about all the good effects that come from drinking, I need to motivate myself and trying to find some info as to how fast the body recovers, when does the sleep improve and the bloating go away, and the liver, does it recover et c. Very thankful for any suggestions.

Did you mean the good effects that come from NOT drinking?

There are many good effects: better sleep, better mental health, saving money, not worrying about drunk driving, no more hangovers... and the list goes on.


Just google "good effects from being sober" and you'll get a ton of answers.

Image, nice link, there is a lot to absorb! At two weeks in, my eyes are clear, my face is less puffy, I've lost a few pounds. I feel like a fog is lifting mentally. I sleep a lot. And I have been cooking healthy, interesting meals for a change.
