Hi I'm a recovering addict/alcoholic of 5 years and am freaking out that I
Have relapsed!! I had endone last night to help a headache and to sleep and
Didn't realise how bad this actually is! What do I do. I don't want to change my sobriety date. Can someone help :(

Endone? You haven't lost ur sobriety it is an oops and just keep going.

I don't know what your history is or what your drug of choice was - and it's probably not the smartest move to take a pill I assume was someone elses and without knowing what was in it - but if you took the endone for a legitimate reason and you genuinely didn't know what was in it, I can't really see how that can be a relapse.
