Feeling good !!!
Woke up happy just went to meeting when I drink I'm sooooo depressed. When I don't drink I feel so much happier. No brainer ????

So, no brainer, don't drink, feel great, drink, feel terrible, now, the big thing is to remember that, and it's a difficult thing, but we can all get through it together!
