How much were you drinking and how long ago did you stop drinking? (I don't know when Lent started) If it's in the first week it would be withdrawals. It is common to feel anxious and depressed for a while after quitting. It does get better tho, with more sober time. You may decide to give it up altogether as sober living really does rock!
