I was scared too but having people that you can be totally honest with is amazing. I am only on day 42 and think about drinking just ONE beer everyday! But I know that one leads to two and so on, but it is soooo hard. I was even making chili today and the recipe called for a dark beer and I so wanted to add it just for that one little taste of beer but did not! I love beer, being Canadian and Irish it was part of my life my whole life and I have no problem saying how much i love it and miss it! BUT, it won't be enough, just one or two, I know that so thats just the way it has to be but it SUCKS!

Tramadol, have you tried Melotonin? I used to take Ambien CR then cut back to Ambien just .5 and now just melatonin. It does help!

I just joined SR and I am super happy with my decision. Reading these post is an awesome help. I wish i quit when I was 28 instead I have wasted 2 more years.
