Back on the forum and back on day 2!
Hi all,
I cannot believe that I've cracked again, nothing too serious but all of a sudden I've found myself back to square one. I haven't done anything stupid or upset anybody but I did find myself drinking again on saturday.
That is in the past now and I'm going to frequent this forum a lot more because that's where I think I've been lacking, I don't want to go back to the dark days again.
You guys are awesome!
Bruno.

Welcome back, I would have caved without the support I get here, wonderful knowledgeable people who share their ups and downs, when I think of getting a drink I come on here and get support x good luck to staying sober
To remain sober and healthy in recovery,
I have to use all those useful tools and
knowledge taught to me from the beginning
incorporating them in my everyday life.
Keep It Simple and Follow Thru for continued
success.

Hey Bruno - welcome back
I'm gonna throw this out there. Bear with me.
Maybe you need to start accepting that it is serious?
I know, you mean nothing bad happened....but I spent years downplaying my problem - it was a phase it was a rut, I got caught up in the moment, everyone goes off the rails sometimes...
until we accept the problem is serious I think we're doomed to running in circles, Bruno.
What are your plans now?
D
