This is the me I want to be
Threw away 9 days on Thursday. Finally this afternoon I feel alive and productive. The way I want to be and my family deserves. Know I have a very long road ahead but am trying to live what I've heard so many times..." one day at a time". Need to keep myself from future tripping or I will go to a dangerous place.

Change that sentence to 'i will keep myself from future tripping, it is not an option for me' and you'll be closer to your goal.
It's brilliant that you're trying hard, but remember how hard it is for your family as well when they get their hopes up, only to see you relapse.
