I keep failing at this, I am trying again now.

I have seen a doctor, I am on meds, have a psychologist scheduled to help and start chatting and tonight I am going to an AA meeting (which scares me)

I have hit bottom, if I don't fix this is will kill me and ruin mine and my families lives. I am only just hanging on now to what we have

I found this site helpful in past so I am back and I hope with the other strategies I will suceed

What pushed me to it I lost my job because of the grog, (I have another), my family is at risk, my wife anxious and I was picked up by police for being drunk.

So there it is if I don't fix it I fear very bad things are going to happen. Appreciate your support and I need your

thanks guys day 1 I suppose every journey starts somewhere and it will be one day at a time that is all I can do and be honest with myself

Take it one day at a time, by the time you hit 7 days things will already start to feel more optimistic. What's a week for a lifetime of freedom?
