It is really helping me knowing that so many have gone through pretty much the same as me. Lots of goods ideas from folks who have "been there, done that". Interesting to me how many SR folks have a talent for cutting through the crap and getting to the heart of the matter in a sentence or two.
I guess since we drunks have been fooling ourselves, and lying to ourselves and friends/family for so long, the internal crap meter is highly developed.
I'm glad you found SR. It is hard to stop using but the journey is well worth it. Keep yourself busy. Find support of all types. Try to change your habits. Research and learn as much as you can about addiction. All of this helped me continue to stay clean and find sobriety. You can do this!

I'm not going to say it's bn easy, the cravings r hard, but I find something to do, like play with my dog's, phone someone. But I've managed a full day in the house myself, without using! I'm proud of myself!
