I like the feeling I get before bed when I reflect back on my day and realize I didn't do anything I'd regret and will wake up feeling good tomorrow.

Coolest part of the morning now for me is being able to remember all of the night before!

Keep it up!

For real one of the best feelings ever! As is waking up knowing exactly what you did! It honestly only gets better the longer you stay sober. You become happier, more productive, more successful & settle into a more normal sleep schedule.

I finally feel like I am actually starting to sleep like a normal person after a year and I find myself much happier and more energized as a direct result of that!

Congrats on your sobriety and positive attitude!

It's crazy how many things you were missing out on when you were drinking and/or drugging. You don't even realize it until you stop

I too cherish waking up in the morning not ashamed of some stupid behavior! And melatonin works well for me too!
