Ok, so I quit drugs, crack, in 2001 and now this past year I have begun drinking and smoking. Right now I am drinking my last glass of wine and will smoke my last cigarette before midnight.....My mind tells me to just stop and I am soooo afraid of failing, of becoming weak. I really don't enjoy smoking and want so much not to do either. These postings are helping a lot.
