Been there, done this....many, many times.
I get drunk and insult people on facebook, most who I know in real life and have lost almost all of my friends over it. So humiliating but I'm not looking back. I'll apologize when I need to but trying not to beat myself up. Alcohol is sick.

Thank you everyone. Making amends is step 8 and I'll get there. I'll apologize as I come across people who would have taken offense. Right now I'm planning 1 to 2 meetings a day on my days off. I work 12 hour shifts so I can't attend then. I'll get 90 in 90. My main focus is sobriety. I do believe shame has a place it's what keeps anybody in line. Overkill is another story.
