Mmmm cider.
I'm drinking about 7 or 8 litres of strong cider a day, I drink the first 3 in the first hour. I tried to make I decent post, I'm incapable of that and everything. I just wanted to post nonetheless and be back and be here. My body is telling me that I',m killing myself. It is screaming at me to stop. I know people get it here.

something needs to change Jim - we can can give you all the advice and support in the world, but until you decide to make changes, and follow through on those changes, nothing much is going to happen mate - apart from things getting worse for you....

The sooner you can stop, the better off you'll be.
