I'm on day 15 of ct off hydrocodone, I used about 30mg a day for around a year and a half ( worst case) more around a year, with a 10 day detox attempt 2 weeks before Christmas. I feel better everyday, but my sleep pattern is still not right and I still get anxious here and there. About how long does this last before the "normal" comes back?!?!

Everyone is different so the "normal" is hard to predict. The sleep will happen and the anxiety will start to taper off over time. Besides SR, do you have other supports like face-to-face support like a meeting or counseling? I found that reading about recovery and learning more about addiction was really helpful to me. I'm glad that you are taking care of yourself...keep it up!
